SPORTS AEROBICS:
Sport Aerobics is the skill to perform continuous complex and high strength movement patterns to music, which originate from traditional aerobic dance. Sport Aerobics is for all ages and abilities and consists of various competition categories including; individuals, mixed pairs, trios and groups.
Sport Aerobics:
- Develops agility, co-ordination and self confidence
- Builds strength and flexibility, preparing the body for life’s challenges
- Is modern, fast paced and intense
- Is exciting, creative and aesthetically pleasing to watch
- Develops aerobic endurance within fun and entertaining environments





I have a 6 year old daughter who would like to do acrobatics. Do you have any classes she can attend this late in the year? Any advice or information would be appreciated. I believe she would really enjoy cheerleading as she loves dance and gymnastics. Thanks so much
